I didn’t think I would use the function to process the top separately from the bottom, but I find it invaluable. I really love that function and use it pretty much every single time. The entire container is too much for me and my husband alone. So processing only half of it at a time is ideal. The biggest con is that the machine is pretty loud, but I think that’s to be expected.
